This post was inspired by Frankie Enticknap (Facebook / Tumblr.) She is awesome, and even though she's so talented she still answered the questions I sent her via Facebook! Wow! So grateful that she shared her knowledge with me!
This was inspired by this self portrait that she did:
I used three photos: the portrait, the blossom and a photo of some grass to add some texture. I enjoyed experimenting with this and I like using this matte effect where the shadows are slightly lighter than you might expect. There may be more of this style on its way!

I loved the way she used a portrait and a nature shot and combined them, and thought I'd have a go at a similar concept. Here it is! :)
